Author Guidelines
1. Length· Abstracts should not exceed 250 words· Two types of articles can be submitted to the journalo Works in progress (e.g. accounts of new practice, work that poses questions or issues for wider discussions) 2000-3000 words max (excluding references)o Full Articles (e.g. articles reporting on more substantial scholarship-based accounts of practice) 5000—6000 words max (excluding references)2. Paper size, margins and alignments· Paper size: A4 (210 x 297mm)· 2 cm margin top· 2 cm margin bottom· 2.5 cm margin left· 2cm margin right· Alignment is left justified· Single line spacing3. Paper title· Arial font 14 point bold, centred in sentence case· Leave 1 lines after title4. Name and affiliation· Author(s) name(s), Institutional affiliation, email address and telephone number (new line for each)· Arial font 12 point, centred· Leave 2 lines before abstract5. Abstract· The word Abstract to appear on the first line in Arial, 12 point, bold, left justified· Maximum 250 words, Arial, 12 point, 1.5 line spacing, left justified · Leave 1 line before the keywords6. Keywords· The word Keywords to appear 1 line after the end of the abstract in Arial, 12 point, bold with a colon before the keywords begin.· Five to seven keywords· Leave 2 lines before text of paper begins7. Body of paper· Arial, 12 point, left justified, 1.5 line spacing· 1.5 line spacing between paragraphs (no indenting)· Do not add page numbers or headers and footers or footnotes or endnotes.8. Sub-headings· First-order Headings: For example, Heading – Arial, 12 point, bold, left aligned· Second-order Headings: For example, Heading – Arial, 12 point, bold, italics, left aligned· Leave a one-line space before and after each level of subheadings. Do not· Number subheadings.· Do not use more than two levels of headings.9. Tables and figures· All tables and figures should have a caption following the APA (5th Ed) guidelines, and use 12 point Arial. 10.
